For those who have taken a first class, "Intro to Indoor Rowing" this next class is an opportunity to continue your rowing with proper technique used on the indoor rowing machine. 3 weeks of classes for $60.
T & TH: 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm from 4/1 - 4/17
After purchasing, please sign up for a "Team" on iCrew and toggle on/off each day of class for attendance. All classes are held at ELITE FITNESS on Garfield Ave in Traverse City.
