Indoor Rowing
Off-season indoor rowing is generally offered October through May when TACR does not row on the water. These classes, offered at the Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels, are designed to help you maintain and improve upon your form, endurance, and strength via the indoor erg machines. These workouts offer a great total body, low impact workout and are available to anyone of all levels and ages! Please visit our Courses page to learn more during the off season.
Strength Training
Held at Elite Fitness on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:15 - 7:15am, TACR hosts group strength training sessions, specifically to support a strong rowing program. Sessions are registered via iCrew, and an auto-pay discount program is offered to the gym at Elite Fitness.
