Barbra Smith resigned from the TACR board in August. She was one of the original founders of TACR. Board service is one of the toughest volunteer roles of all and Barb demonstrated amazing dedication. Barb was instrumental in finding TACR new equipment and starting a connection with Mark Wilson from All-American Rowing. Thank you for serving.
